It’s been a full year since Mom passed away on 9/3. We all missed her so much. I remember a few years ago today we all stay at my place for an end of summer BBQ and mom always loved the grilled ribs and chicken wings I prepared. I wish she’s having a blast in heaven with god and my grandparents.
Me and my father were originally planned to go to her resting place for a traditional visit but our home were hit pretty heavily by hurricane Ida. The whole basement got flooded and I had to clean everything out. Hopefully once we get settled we can go visit her.
